1. How does Shipping Work?

preparing for shipping: this means we're currently processing and packing. you will receive an email to let you know we received your order. when your order ships, we will send you another email with tracking information 

Shipped: your order has left our warehouse. within 24 hours, you will see a link to track your package.

Delivered: your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.

2. How Do I cancel My Order

3. what happens if my order gets lost
all items purchases from myemporiumexpress.com are made pursuant to a shipment, meaning that the risk of loos and title for such items pass to you upon out delivery to the carrier.

4. Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No. if you are not home, your package will be left in your mailbox, front door or with your doorman.
